Located in Bridgeport, Connecticut, we offer comprehensive, hands-on training in our 1000-hour Barbering Program and 1500-hour Cosmetology Program. Our curriculum combines technical skill development, real-world salon experience, business education, and state board preparation to ensure our students graduate confident, licensed, and career-ready.
book appointmentMillennium Academy of Hair was established in 2013 by Alex Martinez. Now proudly located at 251 North Ave., Bridgeport, CT, the academy began as a small cosmetology school serving just two students. Within its first year, enrollment quickly grew to twenty students — setting the foundation for something much bigger. In 2018, Millennium Academy expanded by introducing a 1,000-hour Barbering Program, doubling class sizes and opening new career opportunities for aspiring professionals. Today, more than 400 students have graduated from Millennium Academy of Hair and are successfully working in the field — building careers, businesses, and legacies of their own.
